A group of theatrical singer-songwriters are partnering with FRIGID New York to present the second installment of Don't Call Us Emerging: A Songwriters Concert (Monday, December 12th, 8pm at The Kraine Theatre); an evening of original material performed by the writers themselves.

Virginia's Signature Theatre opens its' air-conditioned doors once again for the annual Sizzlin' Summer Nights Series. Two and a half weeks of live music and performances by Signature favorites, DC area stars, and some of New York's most exciting Broadway performers. The cabaret series runs July 5 through July 22, with a different performance every night.

A cast of 20 Broadway stars will sing completely new arrangements of the singer-songwriter's greatest hits, including cast members from the pre-Broadway run of Bareilles' musical Waitress at American Repertory Theatre. The performers will be accompanied by a string orchestra playing original orchestrations, tonight, November 2, at the Highline Ballroom.
