The latest standings as of Monday, December 19th, have been released for the 2022 BroadwayWorld Columbus Awards! Nominations were reader-submitted and now our readers get to vote for their favorites.

The 25-date tour includes major markets such as Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Boston, Seattle, Dallas, and many more with support from The Appleseed Cast. Additionally, Sunny Day Real Estate will perform at Riot Fest in Chicago, IL on September 17 and headlining Furnace Fest in Birmingham, AL on September 24.

In this conceptual revue featuring more than two dozen Sondheim songs, the musical numbers are punctuated with interview footage of the composer, providing an intimate view of Stephen Sondheim’s personal life and artistic process. Far from the typical song cycle, the incomparable James Lapine brilliantly curated a collection of songs that have been masterfully arranged by David Loud from A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Saturday Night, West Side Story, Company, Merrily We Roll Along, Follies, Sweeney Todd, Passion, A Little Night Music, Into the Woods, Sunday in the Park with George, Bounce, Assassins, Gypsy, Anyone Can Whistle. The second act of the Northland Performing Arts Center & Vaud-Villities Production of KISS ME KATE opens with Cole Porter's classic 'Too Darn Hot.' It turned out to be a fitting anthem for the evening production. The temperatures hit in the high 80s-90s mark on the thermometer and the performance of the 22-member cast made the shirts of the audience sit to the back of their chairs.

Columbus Children's Theatre's (CCT) annual fundraising event...Forever Young - honored CCT's own William Goldsmith - Artistic Director, playwright, stage director, and producer for over 30 years of dedicated service.

On his 30-year anniversary with Columbus Children's Theatre, Artistic Director William "Bill" Goldsmith will retire from the organization he helped to build and prepare for a vibrant future.
