Strictly Come Dancing comes to Wolverhampton Grand Theatre this week in a brand new Strictly show, STRICTLY PRESENTS – KEEEEP DANCING! on Sunday 26 June 2022.

Strictly Come Dancing is back with a new live show and the celebs are limbering up and dusting off their sequins for a 35-date tour. Strictly Presents: Keeeep Dancing will be on the road from June onwards and will call in at Parr Hall on Tuesday, 12 July.

Strictly Come Dancing has announced a brand new dance extravaganza that will tour the UK in 2021, Strictly Presents: The Power of Dance.

Strictly Come Dancing fans are in for a FAB-U-LOUS treat once live entertainment venues re-open, as over the next 18 months there will be not one, not two, but THREE incredible live Strictly shows touring the UK to keep the country dancing.

Giovanni Pernice is now somewhat of a stalwart amongst the professional dancer gang on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing. With four seasons under his belt and a fifth to follow, he is one of the show's most recognisable faces, and now returns to local theatres for the third year running with Dance is Life, first seen in 2017, but with a largely new army of supporting dancers.

Following Strictly Come Dancing's introduction of Contemporary to the 2018 series (within the new dance category "Couple's Choice"), Candoco will be performing with thirteen of the programme's professional dancers to open Sunday 25th November's results show. With choreography from former judge Arlene Phillips, who has previously collaborated with Candoco on outdoor dance performance You and I Know, the performance marks the first time a contemporary dance company has appeared as a guest company. Blending Candoco's contemporary dance style with the vast array of ballroom and Latin styles, the piece will be performed to David Bowie's classic, Life on Mars.

Puttin' on the Ritz, with music from Irving Berlin, Cole Porter and George Gershwin, features pop sensation Pixie Lott with Trent Whiddon and dance stars Kristina Rihanoff and Robin Windsor from the hit TV show Strictly Come Dancing. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the stars in action below!

The spectacular American production of PUTTIN' ON THE RITZ first toured the UK in 2014, and broke box office records when it was performed in front of a British audience. This year, a much longer tour is booked to tour theatres across the UK, beginning at the New Wimbledon Theatre on May 27 2105, with the added attraction of Strictly Come Dancing Stars.

The producers of Broadway's hottest hit announced today that Mary Murphy of FOX's 'So You Think You Can Dance' will make her Broadway debut for one night only on Tuesday, December 22nd at 7 PM, when she 'quicksteps' into the BURN THE FLOOR company at the Longacre Theatre. She will join the dance juggernaut that has taken Broadway by storm, breaking box office records and extending its limited engagement. The show, originally announced for a 12 week engagement, has been extended through January 3 2010. Mary Murphy will be partnered with ballroom champion Vaidas Skimelis.

The New York Post is reporting that DWTS' Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Kym Johnson will be dancing their way into Broadway's recently extended BURN THE FLOOR after Thanksgiving. A representative for the show has confirmed that the pair will perform through mid-January, 2010.

BURN THE FLOOR is notable for two reasons: It was the first show of the new Broadway season when it opened this summer, and it's still 'heating up' the town. The gorgeous young cast celebrated the show's recent extension to January 3rd, 2010 with a party at Tony's DiNapoli (147 West 43rd Street) on Monday, October 20th.

BURN THE FLOOR, the electrifying Latin and Ballroom dance spectacular, begins performances tonight Saturday July 25 at 8 PM at Broadway's Longacre Theatre (220 W. 48 Street). BURN THE FLOOR has thrilled audiences in over 30 countries, and will be the first show of the new Broadway season, playing a limited 12-week engagement. Opening night is Sunday August 2, running through October 18.
