Theatre Aspen will present its second annual one-person show festival, Solo Flights, as the third act of this year’s 38th summer season, launching next Wednesday, August 25 and running through Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at the Hurst Theatre in Aspen, Colorado.
Ahead of the start of the 38th Season, Theatre Aspen announced today that after a successful first flight, the organization will present its second annual one-person show festival, Solo Flights, as the third act of this year’s summer season, August 25 – 31, 2021 at the Hurst Theatre in Aspen, Colorado.
The National Theatre have today announced director Grace Gummer as the first recipient of the NT Women of Tomorrow Directors Award, as part of a partnership with the CHANEL Fund for Women ina??thea??Arts and Culture and inaugural venue partner The Yard Theatre. Grace was selected from over 160 applicants by the panel which included representatives from the NT and The Yard.

Today, Monday 4th November 2019, Phoebe Eclair-Powell's play, SHED: EXPLODED VIEW, has been named the overall winner of the Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting during a ceremony at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester.
