The UK-based, Mercury Prize nominated The Magic Numbers have already announced their long-awaited return this year with Outsiders, their first new music in four years, and are now adding a stateside return to their exciting 2018 agenda. The band is announcing a short jaunt through the Northeast this July -- dates can be found below, and tickets will officially go on sale this Friday, April 20. “Coming out of the shadows running,” The Magic Numbers are making their return withOutsiders, their first new album in four years. The Mercury Prize-nominated quartet summons the powers of Neil Young, Howlin' Wolf, and Fleetwood Mac for an outlaw, open-road Americana feel, while retaining “elements of their trademark sweetness,” according to CLASH. “Sweet Divide,” the existentialist, Youngesque first single, is now available to stream, and Outsiders will be released May 11.
