Having penned three albums and two-and-a-half musicals, this "rich-voiced powerhouse" (Los Angeles Times) promises to "put the mayhem back in Bethlehem" (Katie Thompson) at 54 Below. The Public Theater announced today that Tituss Burgess, John Ellison Conlee, Lili Cooper, Matt Doyle, Renee Elise Goldsberry, Greg Hildreth, Eli James, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Justin Levine, Norm Lewis, Betsy Morgan, Jessica Phillips, Bobby Steggert, and Katie Thompson will join the star-studded PUBLIC SINGS! benefit on Monday, March 5 at Joe's Pub. According to a report on nypost.com, the musical GIANT, which played last month at the Dallas Theater Center, will be heading to the Public Theater in Fall and has potential to transfer to Broadway.

ALICE: A NEW MUSICAL, with book, music and lyrics by Andrew Barbato and Lesley DeSantis, will be presented as part of the 2011 Midtown International Theatre Festival. Performances will be July 20th ­­at 8:00pm, July 23rd at 8:30pm, July 24th at 1:30pm and July 30th at 11:00am, at the June Havoc Theatre (part of the Abingdon Theatre Complex at 312 W 36th St). Tickets are $18 for adults, $15 for students and seniors.
