WORLD OF SINATRAS takes place in suburban New Jersey during the 1960s. Vietnam, civil rights, the assassinations, and sex, drugs, and rock n' roll burn up the American streets, mirroring the turmoil inside the Murdoch home. Once a star athlete and student, 15-year-old Sam is engulfed by alcohol, drugs, and vandalism . . . As well as his rage towards his father, Jack, a brilliant, charismatic, Sinatra-obsessed NYC psychiatrist who can't escape the alcohol and rage of his working class past.

Courtney Brown & Liz Douglas to Star in Stage Left Studio's THREE ELEANORS; Full Cast Announced!


The cast has been announced for the New York City premiere of Three Eleanors, a multimedia, solar powered paper doll production written by Karen Wurl and Dorothy Chansky with original art and installation by Carol Flueckiger. Dorothy Chansky directs a cast of five performers who play forty roles. The cast includes Courtney Brown, Liz Douglas*, Rachel Evans*, Maggie Low*, and Elizabeth Stromsness. Performances for Three Eleanors will be held at Stage Left Studios, 214 West 30th Street in NYC from July 24-August 4th, 2013. *Appearing courtesy of Actors' Equity Association. AEA Showcase.

Kean University to Present Performance of Theatre for the Very Young With RING A DING DING, Beginning 4/3


Kean University's Department of Theatre will present Ring a Ding Ding in Kean's Zella Fry Theatre on Wednesday, April 3 through Saturday, April 6. Directed by faculty member Rachel Evans, who teaches Kean's Theatre for Young Audiences course, this rare performance of Theatre for the Very Young is an immersive, interactive, and multi-sensory experience geared specifically for children three to six years old and their families. Originally produced by the U.K.-based company Oily Cart, Ring a Ding Ding tells the tale of Alice, who searches for her lost dog and finds helpful friends along the way: around town, over the seas, and all the way to the moon.
