Normal Ave Productions, a dynamic new theatre company, is celebrating it's one year anniversary by launching The Hashtag Series: In Concert. Normal Ave believes in 'Redefining Normal', taking moments from our everyday lives and reexamining them.

Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Michael Gioia and friends in the return of Bitching and Belting, the April Fools edition, March 31 at 11:30 PM.

In the 1920's Hollywood's counterpart was the Kaufman Astoria Studios.  The historic movie studio produced silent films as well as the first 'talkies'.  The Astor Room which sits 'Below' the sound stages was the original studio commissary and it has been lovingly preserved in all it's glory…. complete with the same Mason & Hamlin 1923 Grand Piano used by the musicians of the day.  Where Rudolph Valentino dined with other silent film stars, studio executives, and extras you now enjoy a great meal while being entertained every Wednesday by host Michael Mott and his group of talented friends.  This weeks guest vocalists were Morgan Assante (Les Miserables), Josh Tolle (Kinky Boots), and Haley Swindal ) Jekyll & Hyde).  Composer, Lyricist, singer Michael Mott is a bit like Astoria's answer to Seth Rudtsky and it's one of the few places where prices are probably lower than in the 1920's.  There's no cover or minimum.  Seeing new talent in this historic setting is like going back to the future.

Broadway stars Arielle Jacobs (In the Heights, Wicked), Matthew Shingledecker (Wicked, West Side Story), Lavon Fisher-Wilson (Newsies, NY Spring Spectacular), Natalie Charle Ellis (School of Rock), Autumn Hurlbert (Legally Blonde, NBC's The Sound of Music), Dana Costello (Finding Neverland), and Nkrumah Gatling (Hair) join Jonathan Lee, Justin Anthony Long and Joanna Burns in The Opposite of Cool: the songs of Lee, Long & Burns.

Join Jonathan Lee, Justin Anthony Long, Joanna Burns, a small village of Broadway stars and amazing guest performers for a night of fun musical comedy. With the help of their friends, the writer/performer trio will perform and present songs from their original new musical, Welcome to Shoofly (NYMF Next Link Finalist), their hit musical web-series, City of Dreams (New York Times, USA Today, Playbill.com, BroadwayWorld.com) and some brand-spankin' new original comedy tunes. 

Rob McClure, who stars in Broadway's Honeymoon in Vegas, will return to New Milford High School for a benefit concert Feb. 23 in New Jersey.

?On episode 3 of "The Set List" podcast, composer Robbie Torres sits down with Victor Legra to talk about his upcoming concert, Bildungsroman. Torres talks about his debut concert as well his journey to songwriting. Bildungsroman is a debut concert covering the evolution of Robbie's writing and the stories behind his songs. kef theatrical productions has announced the upcoming event KEF KIDS CABARET, an evening of songs featuring some of Broadway, TV and Film's biggest little stars, performing numbers of their own choice. The evening of music will be presented today, July 1st at The Cutting Room (44 East 32nd St. btw 5th and Madison) at 7:00 PM.
