Tony Award winner Jane Krakowski ( Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, 30 Rock ) and Emmy Award nominee Chris Diamantopoulos ( Good Girls Revolt, Silicon Valley, Episodes ) have been cast in featured roles in FOX's live musical event, A CHRISTMAS STORY LIVE!, airing Sunday, Dec. 17 (7:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. Krakowski will play Miss Shields, the teacher of nine-year-old Ralphie Parker ; and Diamantopoulos will portray Ralphie's dad.

The producers of the Broadway hit Waitress have announced that on March 31, TV star Chris Diamantopoulos will star opposite Sara Bareilles as Dr. Pomatter, who inspires expert pie-maker Jenna Hunterson to create an "I Wanna Play Doctor with my Gynecologist" pie.

DECADES Network, the multicast TV network from Weigel Broadcasting Co. and CBS Television Stations, announces a special four-day tribute to the slapstick comic legacy of The Three Stooges. The event is scheduled to air Monday, August 29 through Thursday, September 1, in honor of the 33rd anniversary of The Three Stooges receiving their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. To celebrate, DECADES will present the broadcast television premiere of a nine-part Three Stooges documentary HEY MOE! HEY DAD!, as well as a collection of The Three Stooges movies.

Deadline.com reports that Chris Diamantopoulos has joined the cast of the upcoming film EMPIRE STATE. The actor joins previously announced cast members Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Emma Roberts and Liam Hemsworth.

According to Deadline.com, Jennifer Hudson is the latest star to join previously announced Larry David, Jane Lynch, Will Sasso, and Sean Hayes in the upcoming big screen adaptation of The Three Stooges. Collins will play Sister Rosemary.

GLEE star Jane Lynch is on board for the upcoming 'Three Stooges' film. She joins the previously reported Will Sasso as Curly, and Sean Hayes as Larry.

'The Three Stooges' was a hugely successful franchise of shorts, television episodes, and feature-length films beginning in the 1930s with lasting success even through today. The stooges originally consisted of Moe Howard, his brother Shemp (and later Curly), and Larry Fine.

According to Deadline.com, Will Sasso has been cast as Curly in the upcoming film based on the world-famous slapstick TV series 'The Three Stooges.' Although casting is expected to officially be completed by the end of the week, Hank Azaria is a main contender to play Moe; James Marsden is being considered to play Larry.

There is no disputing that Howard Stern is a master at his craft, nor is there any disputing that the Three Stooges were the greatest comedic team producing film shorts during Hollywood's early years. The Three Stooges: Lost and Found Interviews is a 'can't miss moment' for all lovers of pop culture. And knowing Stern there is bound to be multiple repeats of this gem on Sirius XM...

The mother and son team of Leah Kornfeld Friedman and Paul Ben Victor have collaborated to create and produce a new play, a dark comedy entitled The Good Steno, which debuted at L.A.'s Hayworth Theatre on Feb. 9, 2007.
