The Oscar qualifying film festival, which was included on MovieMaker Magazine’s “50 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee” list, once again offers a diverse selection of films from highly anticipated studio efforts to independent films, and international to local Georgia and Atlanta productions as part of its carefully curated hybrid presentation.

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center honored multi-discipline creative artist Lin-Manuel Miranda with the 18th Monte Cristo Award, last night at a private dinner at the Edison Ballroom in New York City. An alumnus of the O'Neill, Miranda's first professional production was at the O'Neill's National Music Theater Conference with In The Heights in 2005. The gala dinner featured a conversation with the honoree and raised $575,000 to support the Center's commitment to developing new work and new artists for the stage.

Bloomingdale's, in partnership with Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, has teamed up with the highly anticipated new original musical, Dear Evan Hansen to create a unique space that has never been seen before.

Now, Serenbe Playhouse is headed to the city for a brand new series - Intimate Indoors - with its inaugural productions of BUYER & CELLAR and ART. Never ones to settle for traditional venues, the plays will take place in two of Atlanta's most unique locations.

Two weekends ago, the Serenbe Playhouse brought BUYER AND CELLAR to Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams in Buckhead for its new Intimate Indoors series. The series strives to maintain The Playhouse's goal to be "site specific" and reach the audience living in metro Atlanta. An upscale furniture boutique, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams provided a classy but comfortable setting to engage in the evening's performances on Friday, May 20.

Now, Serenbe Playhouse is headed to the city for a brand new series - Intimate Indoors - with its inaugural productions of BUYER & CELLAR and ART. Never ones to settle for traditional venues, the plays will take place in two of Atlanta's most unique locations.

The third edition of Art Southampton, the leading international contemporary and modern art fair for acquiring investment quality works of art opened last night with huge success, where top collectors, curators, art advisors and influencers kicked off the weekend-long event. When two men with struggling relationships, neat and particular Felix Ungar and disheveled and rough-edged Oscar Madison, decide to live together, the results are funny and poignant. The Odd Couple opens with previews tonight, March 15 and runs through Sunday, April 14 at the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre in the AT&T Performing Arts Center.
