The 36th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Awards Program will be held Thursday, Jan. 11, at 6 p.m. at the Casino Live Hotel Ballroom in Hanover, Md. Dignitaries attending will include Maryland Governor Wes Moore, U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen, Congressman John Sarbanes, County Executive Steuart Pittman, and Annapolis Mayor Gavin Buckley. The keynote speaker will be Congressman Jonathan Jackson, the youngest son of Rev. Jesse Jackson and godson to Dr. King. Governor Moore will also provide comments at the event.

The curtain was raised on Wednesday night for the opening of the first National Tour of MJ. The cast took their opening night bows at the James M. Nederlander Theatre (24 W. Milwaukee Rep has announced the completion of the Donald & Donna Baumgartner and Elizabeth Quadracci Harned Family Double-Down for Artists Challenge which raised a total of $109,000 to support Milwaukee Rep's terrific and talented artists that have been severely impacted by COVID-19.

The 2019 WATCH Award winners were announced on April 4th, 2020. The ceremony was canceled due to the current health crisis, but the announcement was published online. 

Nominations were announced for the WATCH Awards on January 19.

Lionsgate and Producer Scott Delman (President, Blue Spruce Productions) announced today that the beloved Lionsgate and ABC Studios television series Nashville, a hit for six seasons on ABC, CMT and Hulu, is being adapted as a Broadway musical. Delman, a 10-time Tony Award® winner who will serve as lead producer, has acquired the live theatrical rights from Lionsgate and ABC Studios, which co-produced and distributed the television show.  Additional information, including production dates and the complete creative team, will be announced shortly.

Following the overwhelming support from UK fans for their debut headline shows in London this weekend, Nashville's ENATION have now announced that they will be supporting Echo & the Bunnymen on their 'The Stars, The Oceans & The Moon' tour.

Nashville rock trio ENATION make their eagerly anticipated debut UK appearance next month, where they will be headlining London's Omeara.

In the June of 2017, the stars of Lionsgate's fan favorite TV series Nashville took the stage at London's famed Royal Albert Hall, bringing the songs of the show to life. Eagle Rock Entertainment will deliver this concert on DVD and digital formats when Nashville In Concert At The Royal Albert Hall is released on April 27.

CMT Announces NASHVILLE Midseason Premiere on 6/7, Followed by Series-Ending Finale 7/26

Nashville has set the dates for its midseason return, as well as the series finale, according to Deadline. The show will return on June 7, and the finale is set for July 26. Watch the promo video below!
