The McLean Community Players will present William Shakespeare's comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream, opening Friday, April 14, 2017, at Vinson Hall's Community Building Ballroom, 1735 Kirby Road, McLean, VA 22101. The production runs weekends through Sunday, April 30.

Bay Street Theatre has announced Curtain Up!, Bay Street's 3rd Annual Spring Benefit honoring Bonnie Comley and Stewart Lane, and Pia and Jimmy Zankel at Joe's Pub in New York City on May 12. The theater's third honors event will be hosted by Bay Street's new Artistic Director, Scott Schwartz, a leading voice of the next generation of American theater and an internationally acclaimed artist whose work has been seen on and off Broadway, across the United States, in Great Britain, and Asia.

Daniel, Michael Grim and James Osburn. All four of the honorees support Bay Street as well as many other local businesses & non-profits in the Hampton's Community. The event starts with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and buffet followed by the presentation of awards, which will be kicked off by funny lady, Joy Behar, at 8pm.

Bay Street Theatre showed the Hamptons a fantastic party last Saturday, July 21, 2012 at its annual Rock The Dock Summer Benefit Bash. The evening kicked off with a cocktail hour and silent auction, while guests arrived dressed to party on the Long Wharf in Sag Harbor. Special guests included Bay Street Board Members Chris Bauer (True Blood) and Broadway, film and television actress Mercedes Ruehl; Tony Award winner and star of the upcoming BIG MAYBELLE: SOUL OF THE BLUES Lillias White, and the show's writer and director Paul Levine, and more. Bay Street Theatre held its First Annual Honors Benefit last night with some of the biggest names of the stage and screen converging at the Manhattan Penthouse in New York City to honor Joy Behar, AdriAnne Cohen and John Downing, all members of Bay Street's Board of Trustees. Bay Street Theatre announces their First Annual Honors Benefit on Monday, April 30, with a special performance by Liza Minnelli. This spring fundraiser will be held at the Manhattan Penthouse, 80 5th Avenue in NYC beginning at 6 pm. Proceeds support the theatre's year round programming. Three of Bay Street's Board Members are to be honored.
