MGM+, a premium linear channel and streaming service, announced that the contemporary sci-fi horror series FROM has been renewed for a 10-episode third season. Created and executive produced by John Griffin (Crater) and executive produced by showrunner Jeff Pinkner (Lost, Alias, Fringe), and director Jack Bender (Lost, Game of Thrones).

AGBO, the independent studio headed by Anthony and Joe Russo and producer Mike Larocca, has announced that Angela Russo-Otstot has been promoted to Chief Creative Officer. Joe Russo, the producer behind Disney's upcoming live action remake of Hercules, has revealed some details about the film.

A sequel to The Gray Man, which is already a fan favorite with a 91% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, is now in development with star Ryan Gosling and directors Joe and Anthony Russo set to return. The Russos and AGBO’s Mike Larocca will produce along with Joe Roth and Jeffrey Kirschenbaum for Roth Kirschenbaum Films.

After an almost two-year hiatus, the Great South Bay Music Festival presented by Blue Point Brewing Co. have announced that they are back and bigger than ever.

Based on the novel The Gray Man by Mark Greaney, the screenplay is by Joe Russo, Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. The film is based on the novel The Gray Man by Mark Greaney.

The series premiere of FROM was EPIX’s most viewed original series premiere in the history of the premium network and current performance analytics track that the entire series is on pace to be EPIX’s second most-watched original behind Emmy winning series Godfather of Harlem, executive produced by and starring Forest Whitaker. 

AGBO announces the return of their filmmaking competition, “No Sleep ‘til Film Fest,” inviting filmmakers from all over the world to make a short film in only 48 hours. Part of AGBO’s commitment to championing emerging content creators, the two-day festival challenges participants to make bite-sized films, three minutes or less, for a chance to win prizes and mentorship from the independent studio. The virtual festival will be open world-wide for submissions from April 29th – May 1st with a creative prompt released online April 29th at 5pm PT; filmmakers will have 48 hours to create and submit their films based off of the prompt. Winners will be announced June 8th.
