Netflix and Nickelodeon's ROCKO'S MODERN LIFE: STATIC CLING, from creator Joe Murray, will release globally on Netflix on August  9th, 2019.

Today at the Television Critics Association Press Tour, PBS KIDS announced the new animated series LUNA AROUND THE WORLD, produced by 9 Story Media Group and created by Emmy Award-winning animator, writer and artist Joe Murray (Rocko's Modern Life, Camp Lazlo).

Nickelodeon will immerse fans in three decades-worth of iconic characters and shows as it brings Rocko's Modern Life, Hey Arnold!, SpongeBob SquarePants and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to life at Comic-Con International: San Diego 2017.

Nickelodeon announced today that its brand-new, original one-hour TV special MODERN LIFE: STATIC CLING???????, based on the classic '90s hit series Rocko's Modern Life, will reunite the original voice cast members who will bring their iconic characters back to life.

World class performers Joe Murray and Susan Kirby have traveled the globe entertaining audiences for over 20 years. Highlights of their professional career include performances in Japan, Europe, The Bahamas, Aruba, and The Cayman Islands. Here at home they have entertained in 43 of the 50 states at a wide variety of events. Joe and Susan have been privileged to share the stage with numerous entertainers including Robin Williams, Jerry Seinfeld, Tim Allen, John Mellencamp, Larry the Cable Guy, Jeff Foxworthy and Billy Gardell, to name a few. 

Marking its 25th anniversary of original creator-driven animation to the day and date, Nickelodeon today announces another reinvention of its library content: the greenlight of an original one-hour TV special based on its classic '90s hit, Rocko's Modern Life.

In May of 2011 Santry Rush, directed by John Tyson, presented the Houston premiere of Conor McPherson's THE GOOD THIEF at the Mosaic Theatre Company. Since then, the duo has been seeking an opportunity to bring the show inside the loop for another staging, and was granted that opportunity by Stark Naked Theatre Company, who is currently producing the Houston professional premiere of the riveting one-man show in repertory with Brian Friel's FAITH HEALER.

NACL announced the New York premiere of STRUCK, its new performance about neurology, the workings of the mind, and one woman's walk on the razor's-edge between life and death. STRUCK was co-created by NACL Artistic Director and actress Tannis Kowalchuk, who suffered a major stroke in 2011. In collaboration with fellow NACL actor Brett Keyser, neuroscientist Allison Waters, New York playwright Kristen Kosmas and Canadian director Ker Wells, STRUCK was created as a response to that close brush with mortality.
