Gina Yashere the British-Nigerian comedian, author and stand-up will get back on the road with her fierce and funny comedic style in a multi-city solo tour, The Woman King of Comedy. 

The Chicago Latino Theater Alliance will present Destinos al Aire, its 4th free, outdoor family festival, Sunday, May 21, 2 to 5 p.m. at the National Museum of Mexican Art.

Kate Willett is a New York-based comedian who has appeared on THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHENCOLBERT and has a stand-up special on Netflix's THE COMEDY LINEUP. She co-hosts the popular political podcast REPLY GUYS, the first female-hosted leftist political podcast. Some of her other TV credits include Comedy Central's CC STAND-UP FEATURING (her second appearance premiered in December 2021), Comedy Central's JIM JEFFERIES SHOW as a guest correspondent, and Viceland's FLOPHOUSE. Her appearance on Comedy Central's THIS IS NOT HAPPENING which was on Splitsider's list of '2016's Best Late Night Standup Sets.' She has appeared at Bumbershoot, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Just for Laughs Montreal Comedy Festival, Limestone Comedy Festival, High Plains, Big Sky Festival, Bridgetown, SF Sketchfest, Laughing Skull and many other festivals. In addition to headlining around the nation, she has performed in England, Scotland, Australia, and Canada. Kate's audio memoir DIRTBAG ANTHROPOLOGY which she penned and voiced, was released by Audible Plus earlier this year and has been a successful title for the platform. Her writing has also been featured in ELLE magazine and Cosmo UK.

Darlings Comedy show is a monthly comedy showcase, presenting some of the best comics in NYC and the country. Held at Blind Barber in the village this show has quickly become one of the best shows in New York with a fun atmosphere for anyone in the mood for jokes.

Rosie O’Donnell is set to host an incredible night of comedy to benefit Friendly House LA on Saturday, July 16th, 2022, at The Fonda Theater. The “Stand Up For Friendly House LA” benefit will also feature an array of amazing fierce and funny women including performances from Atsuko Okatsuka, Beth Lapides, Gina Yashere, and headliner Kathy Griffin.

With less than four weeks until the festival begins, Netflix Is A Joke: The Festival has added new shows to its lineup, including top stand-up performances, Netflix series cast events as well as a free outdoor fan experience. The festival, which now boasts over 250 live shows across over 30 venues covering Los Angeles, is produced by Netflix in association with Live Nation.

Hugh Fink is the Executive Producer of the 2022 Writers Guild Awards. The ceremony is co-produced by Joselyn Allen and Kelly Brock. Head writers are Ann Cohen and Joe O’Brien. GLAAD announced additional stars of the stage and screen that will be joining the 31st Annual GLAAD Media Awards virtual ceremony.

GLAAD, the world's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) media advocacy organization, today announced that it will host a virtual ceremony for the 31st Annual GLAAD Media Awards on Thursday, July 30 in place of the original ceremonies planned for earlier this year.

TBS' upcoming comedy competition series Tournament of Laughs has set its bracket and released the final match-ups in the battle for laughs.
