The NYC-based THEE (The Hey Ensemble) will see members develop original works of theatre and film in a non-hierarchical, ensemble-based atmosphere. The company was rebuilt to align with a mutually agreed upon set of unapologetic values that uplift accessibility, collaboration, and equity.

Lena: A Moment with the Lady uses powerful vocals and a rich storyline to share the most pivotal moments in Lena Horne's life with Broadway veteran and creator, Syndee portraying the iconic Ms. Horne in her fight for the right to be seen and understood as simply human. 

ALL ARTS has announced the premiere of a new theater series in partnership with En Garde Arts. Uncommon Voices will highlight the playwrights, directors and performers shaping tomorrow's theater.

THE BIGOT, the new hot topic play by Gabi and Eva Mor that will have a full Off-Broadway run at the Theatre at St. Clement's  will have its first preview on (423 West 46th Street) April 26 - just two weeks away. New York Shakespeare Exchange announces A Midsummer Night's Dream, a new production of Shakespeare's classic comedy directed by Brendan Averett from January 31-February 10, 2019 at The Secret Theatre, 4402 23rd St, Long Island City, NY 11101. Midsummer will have previews from January 31 - February 2, and opening night on February 3. Performances are Tuesday-Thursday at 7pm; Friday and Saturday at 8pm; and Saturday and Sunday matinees at 4pm. A student matinee will be held on Thursday, February 7 at 11am. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at www.nysx.org.
