Presenters and musical performances have been announced for the 60th Annual Drama Desk awards, taking place on Sunday, May 31st at 8pm at The Town Hall (123 W. 43rd Street).

Shrunken Shakespeare Company (SSC), in association with Joe Paradise, announced today that Nigerian-born Royal Shakespeare Company associate artist Chukwudi Iwuji (The Public/RSC: Anthony and Cleopatra; London Old Vic/BAM: Richard III with Kevin Spacey) has joined the cast of Paul Sorvino's world premiere adaption of Lear as part of their 2014 Fundraiser Gala, including Broadway, Off-Broadway and TV veterans. The Gala will be held on Monday, April 21st at 7:30pm, at TBG Theatre located at 312 W 36th Street, 3rd Floor in NYC.

The final season of The Bridge Project starring Kevin Spacey, Artistic Director of The Old Vic, in the title role of Richard III, will close at BAM tonight, March 4th.

Kevin Spacey, currently starring in The Bridge Project's Richard III at BAM, will be a guest on "Theater Talk" on Friday February 3 at 1 AM on Channel 13 in New York. "Theater Talk" subsequently airs on CUNY TV on Saturday February 4 at 8:30 PM; Sunday February 5 at 12:30 PM; and Monday February 6 at 7:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 7:30 PM. "Theater Talk" is hosted by The New York Post's Michael Riedel and Susan Haskins.

Last night, January 23, 2012 The Old Vic hosted a Gala evening of entertainment, Old Vic New York, at Gotham Hall, New York City. Hosted by Stephen Fry, the evening included a number of British and American personalities taking to the stage, as part of this one off theatrical extravaganza led by Kevin Spacey. In a recent article in the Wall Street Journal, stage and screen star Kavin Spacey chatted about his most recent project- RICHARD III, which opened at London's Old Vic Theatre and will soon open at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Spacey told the WSJ: 'If there was one play that we really, really didn't want to f- up, this was it.'

In this latest revival of "Richard," now playing at San Francisco's Curran Theater, director Sam Mendes and Kevin Spacey do everything in their power to make sure that we do see.
