Casting and creative details have been announced JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, the blockbuster rock opera by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber.  This is the first production of WaterTower’s 27th Season.

Lyric Stage will open its 29th season with the hit musical Mamma Mia! August 24-28, 2022 at Dallas' Majestic Theatre.

The 2022/2023 Season marks Lyric Stage's 5th Season at the historic Majestic Theatre, located in downtown Dallas, and features five musicals by some of the most popular, award-winning, and cult-classic pop/rock composers Broadway has to offer, including Elton John, Phil Collins, ABBA, The Electric Light Orchestra (“ELO”), and Richard O'Brien.

WaterTower Theatre (WTT) celebrated their new season along with the success and growth of their community, with their “New Works. New Voices. New Light.” Spring Gala. For only four performances last weekend, the two-person musical DADDY LONG LEGS crawled in and out of the Majestic Theatre as Lyric Stage's third production of the 2017-2018 season. And although the production wasn't much larger than a postage stamp, it was a theatrical love letter full of charm.

Casa Ma ana Theatre continues its 2017-18 Broadway Season presented by Frank Kent Cadillac with Jekyll & Hyde, March 3-11. Tickets are on sale now. An evocative and sweeping musical tale of the epic battle between good and evil, Jekyll & Hyde is based on Robert Louis Stevenson's classic story about a brilliant doctor whose experiments with human personality create a murderous counterpart. Featuring a thrilling score of pop-rock hits from Frank Wildhorn and Leslie Bricusse, Jekyll & Hyde tells the saga of these counterparts one, a doctor, passionate and romantic; the other, a terrifying madman and the two women in love with him, unknowing of each other or his dark secret. This show is suitable for mature audiences.

Based on the classic novel which inspired the 1955 movie starring Fred Astaire a beloved tale in the spirit of Jane Austen, the Bront Sisters, and Downton Abbey this heartwarming Cinderella story about a witty and winsome young woman and her mysterious benefactor has charmed audiences of all ages from Los Angeles to London. Critics are cheering: Daddy Long Legs has echoes of She Loves Me and top-notch performances and is one of the most enthralling, entertaining and moving love stories on the American musical theater stage.

Lyric Stage's regional premiere of DADDY LONG LEGS stars Samantha McHenry, last seen at Lyric Stage as Diana Deveraux in OF THEE I SING, as Jerusha and Lyric Stage favorite Christopher J. Deaton, most recently Captain Phoebus in THE HUNCH BACK OF NOTRE DAME, as Jervis. Rick Estes directs the production with music direction by Scott Eckert. Scenic design is by Randel Wright and lighting design is by Julie Simmons. DADDY LONG LEGS runs January 19-21, 2018 at the Majestic Theatre. Performances are January 19-20 at 7:30 p.m and January 20-21 at 2:30 p.m.

This weekend, DADDY LONG LEGS opens on the historic stage of Dallas' Majestic Theatre, marking Lyric Stage's second performance in their new home.
