SF Sketchfest kicks off its 21st comedy festival with legend Eric Idle at the Castro Theatre on Thursday, January 18 followed by over 200 shows taking place through February 4 in venues across San Francisco.

SF Sketchfest has revealed the initial lineup for the 2024 Comedy Festival in San Francisco. Tickets go on sale on November 19.

Celebrities lending their support for this year’s fundraising special included Elizabeth Banks, Jessica Biel, Don Cheadle, Katie Couric, Danai Gurira, Tony Hale, Ken Jeong, Queen Latifah, Maria Menounos, Julianne Moore, Tig Notaro, Jimmy Smits, Eric Stonestreet and Justin Timberlake. In the U.S., SU2C is still gratefully accepting donations.

The film features a powerhouse comedic supporting cast, including Grammy winner Josh Gad (Beauty and the Beast), Harvey Guillén (Puss in Boots: The Last Wish), Emmy nominee Rob Riggle (The Hangover), Brett Gelman (Stranger Things), Jamie Demetriou (The Afterparty) and Emmy nominee Sofia Vergara (Modern Family). The first teaser trailer for the new film adaption of Lyle, Lyle Crocodile film has been released. The film is set to feature new songs from Pasek and Paul, many of which will be sung by Shawn Mendes. Lyle, Lyle Crocodile is also set to feature Javier Bardem, Constance Wu, Winslow Fegley, Scoot McNairy, and Brett Gelman.

Episode 408 will have a run time of 1 hour, 25 minutes and episode 409 will run 2 hours, 20 minutes.
