On the 23 May at 7:30pm, Zankel Hall, a venue of the legendary Carnegie Hall, will be hosting the 4 Musical Tenors, which is a quartet of musical singers. It will be their first time in the USA. The award-winning singers, who have won two Gold and two Platinum Records, will be performing a programme of masterpieces From Broadway to Hollywood.

The lyrical season will feature 12 titles, such as Turandot, by Busoni, Gianni Schicchi, by Puccini, Le Comte Ory, by Rossini, among others. The program also includes ballets, cinema and music, and concerts in a year in which São Pedro establishes partnerships with the Cinemateca, the São Paulo Companhia de Dança and guest orchestras.

On Saturday, October 21, under the direction of Maestro Eckart Preu, Long Beach Symphony will launch the 2023-2024 season with a rainbow palette of 19th century musical colors.

Park University International Center for Music (Park ICM), under the direction of founder, Van Cliburn Gold Medalist Stanislav Ioudenitch, has for the last 20 years taken magnificent young instrumentalists, already identified as superior performers, and molded them into international virtuosos. Beth Jucovy's 'Morning Afternoon Evening,' a holistic artwork encompassing dance, theater and music and background film, brings to life the imagery and ideas expressed in a lyrical and symbolic poem written by the creator's daughter Kyra Jucovy.  Part of the Emerging Artists Theatre's New Work Series at the TADA Theater, 15 West 28th Street, NYC. 

The Czech Center Museum of Houston has announced the performance of Bedrich Smetana's opera, 'The Bartered Bride'.

From now to November 29, 2020, Los Angeles Opera is featuring The Anonymous Lover Composed by a Black man, Joseph Bologne, also known as the Chevalier de Saint-Georges. Originally intended to be a poetry/dance work performed in nature, 'Evening' has instead been created as a multi-disciplinary art film, encompassing poetry, dance, art, and nature.

Los Angeles Opera always has interesting items online that help opera lovers keep up with their favorite art. Since the cancellation of Claude Debussy's Pelléas et Mélisande, Music Director James Conlon has written a blog telling readers why it needs to be played and heard by audiences everywhere. Meganne George, Indiana-born beloved New York City theatre production designer, passed away on July 30th in her home on City Island. She was 52.

From October 6 to 27 at the Upper East Side's Bohemian National Hall and Jan Hus Church, GOH Productions will present a Centennial Heritage Festival, featuring mainstage marionette theater productions for adults and kids and musical concerts for audiences of all ages. The festival celebrates two auspicious anniversaries: the Centennial Anniversary of the founding of Czechoslovakia (1918) and the Millennial Anniversary of the unification of the Lands of the Czech Crown, under Duke Oldrich (1018).

The Australian Brandenburg Orchestra's (ABO) latest concert, THE HARPIST, pairs the wonderful orchestra with the amazing talents of the acclaimed harpist Xavier de Maistre. 

'Let's Dance,' the 2018 Season at Lincoln Center for the Paul Taylor American Modern Dance Company is here for the month of March. Those of us that are ardent fans will not be disappointed. For people that are new to the company's extraordinary talents, you're in for a real treat.

ASU Lyric Opera is fulfilling Bed ich Smetana's vision in a production that is resplendent with vocal excellence (Emily Botts, Justin Carpenter), spirited choreography (by the terrific Molly LaJoie), the vibrant colors of Alfredo Escarcega's set and Sharon Jones's costumes, the brilliant instincts of Director Dale Dreyfoos, and a highly gifted ensemble. The show runs through October 1st at ASU's Evelyn Smith Music Theatre.

The Academy of International Ballet (AIB), under the artistic direction of Anastasia Babayeva and Denis Gronostaysky, will be the guest artists of the Delaware County Symphony (DCS) for their upcoming chamber concert.
