NYC Redhead Amber Crawford is a proud SAGAFTRA & AEA member. Heritage is Irish, Romanian, Swiss, & English. Originally from Florida, she started ballet at 3 years old, and at 13 caught the acting bug at The Wellington Boys & Girls Club, where she attended after school. In Florida, she studied with Burt Reynolds, the Uta Hagen method under Marc Durso, and shows at Stage Door Theatre and Actors Playhouse. NYC training includes The PIT Improv, The Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, and the phenomenal Terry Schreiber.

On May 27 at 9:30 PM, The Actor Trade Table Read Series will present David Lewison’s Sex, Love, Death, and Other Improbabilities.  Directed by Robert Galinsky, the reading will star Tony Award winner Maryann Plunkett, Tony Award nominee Stephen McKinley Henderson, Chad Morgan, Drama Desk Award winner Jay O. August Strindberg Repertory Theatre to Present PARIAH, THE STRONGER, and ABU CASEM'S SLIPPERS in Alternating Rep


August Strindberg Repertory Theatre, under the leadership of Robert Greer, is committed to production of his plays in new translations and interpretations that illuminate the plays of Sweden's national playwright, whose work remains as relevant today as when they were written.  The company continues its explorations November 12 to December 3 at Gene Frankel Theatre, 24 Bond Street, presenting a double-bill of two-character plays -- 'Pariah' and 'The Stronger' -- in alternating rep with with Strindberg's Arabian Nights play, 'Abu Casem's Slippers.'
