THE GREEN ROOM 42 will present “Love Songs for Pride,” a special evening with Abraham Lim and several of his castmates of Broadway’s KPOP, onWednesday, June 21 at 7:00 PM.

As AAPI Heritage Month has come to a close and Pride Month has begun, Abraham Lim (Netflix's Clickbait, Amazon Prime’s The Boys) and several cast mates of KPOP on Broadway present a night of love songs from the AAPI community to the LGBTQ+ community as a symbol of allyship and solidarity.

In the end, what you have in the cast album of KPOP is a fine KPOP album with lots of fun danceable music being sung by Broadway-caliber voices.

The producers of KPOP announced that the groundbreaking new musical will have its final Broadway performance on Sunday, December 11 at Circle in the Square Theatre.

In response to Jesse Green's review of KPOP from the New York Times, the producers of KPOP have issued a response letter, requesting that Green 'issue an apology to the cast and creators of [KPOP] for the insensitive and, frankly, offensive review.'

The Original Broadway Cast Recording of KPOP The Musical will be released on February 24, 2023. Available for preorder now, the album is produced by Harvey Mason jr. and features music, lyrics, music production and arrangements by Helen Park and music and lyrics by Max Vernon.
