Surfside Players Presents NUNSENSE II, Now thru 11/24

Surfside Players presents the heavenly musical comedy NUNSENSE II: The Second Coming, directed by Joan Dunn with musical direction by Mario Davis and choreography by Jeff Ferguson, tonight, November 8 - 24, 2013.

Six weeks after their first "benefit concert," the Little Sisters of Hoboken are back at Mt. Saint Helen's School for a Thank-You program for the supporters who got them through their crisis at the convent. But the performance is threatened by the cook Sister Julia Child-of-God landing in jail, and a pair of Franciscan monks arriving to reclaim Sister Mary Amnesia as one of their own!

Featuring a country music performance / puppet show, an Elvis impersonator, a Madame Butterfly dance, a bingo game where everyone's a winner, and delightful musical numbers including The Padre Polka, There's Only One Way to End Your Prayers, and We're the Nuns to Come When You Go, nothing is sacred in this zany night of entertainment for the whole family!
