Fresh off a successful run at the Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival, Gromalot Theatre Factory's Snack will burst onto the intimate Mandell Theater stage for an three additional performances. Fun for all ages, Snack follows a business woman on the go who just wants a minute to eat; as well as a young soda jerk who is convinced he has found love in a cup of coffee. Running from June 23-25, 2017 at the Lowndes Shakespeare Center, this incarnation of Snack features several additional scenes that audiences did not see at Orlando Fringe. "Audiences who enjoyed Snack at Orlando Fringe will have the chance to get the full helping with scenes we had to cut to meet our Fringe run time," said BranDon Roberts, Artistic Director for Gromalot Theatre Factory. "Snack is fast paced, great for everyone, and will leave folks hungry for more."

Snack is a return to the wild wackiness for which Gromalot Theatre Factory (Sport, Sleigh) is known. Originally premiering in 2009 at the Garden Theatre, Snack was Gromalot's first all original work, and is performed in their celebrated non-verbal style. Loaded with fun for all ages, catching a Gromalot show is like seeing a Charlie Chaplin film mixed with a little Looney Tunes live on stage. "It's slapstick comedy at its finest. Children and adults alike will find it tasty." -
Lauren Delgado, Orlando Sentinel "Another tasty treat in the troupe's 10 year Fringe repertoire." -

CameRon Meier, Orlando Weekly Gromalot Theatre Factory looks forward to making Orlando laugh with Snack for this limited engagement. Audiences can look forward to more favorites from Gromalot later this year and beyond, as well as some new works, as there is always something cooking at the factory.
