WILD KRATTS - LIVE!, Garrison Keillor and More Sign on For Omaha Performing Arts' 2015-16 Season

Omaha Performing Arts is pleased to announce the addition of four shows to its 2015/2016 season. Joining a lineup of more than 30 previously announced artists and ensembles are Wild Kratts - Live!, Engelbert Humperdinck, An Afternoon With Garrison Keillor and The Brubeck Brothers Jazz Quartet Tribute to Dave Brubeck.

Currently, only season ticket holders are able to purchase tickets to these performances. Wild Kratts - Live! is the third event of the 15/16 Family Series. It's available within the Family Series package or as an add-on to a different season ticket order. The other three performances are only available as an added event to any 15/16 season ticket order. Season ticket holders who add performances to a season ticket order save at least 15% over the single ticket price. Sunday, February 14, 2016, 3:00 p.m. - An Afternoon with Garrison Keillor
Garrison Keillor, host of A Prairie Home Companion, returns to Omaha to share humorous anecdotes about growing up in the Midwest, the people of Lake Wobegon and "late-life fatherhood." The master storyteller will offer a book signing following the show. The performance will be at the Holland Performing Arts Center in Kiewit Hall.

Friday, February 26, 2016, 8 p.m.- The Brubeck Brothers Jazz Quartet Tribute to Dave Brubeck
The Brubeck Brothers Jazz Quartet features two members of one of America's most accomplished musical families, Dan Brubeck (drums) and Chris Brubeck (bass and trombone). The band will play jazz standards, original material and Dave Brubeck classics in the intimate setting of the 1200 Club inside the Holland Performing Arts Center.

Thursday, May 5, 2016, 7 p.m. - Wild Kratts - Live!
Wild Kratts - Live! is a theatrical stage show based on the hit PBS animated series, Wild Kratts. Martin and Chris Kratt engage audiences by sharing facts about animals through a large screen multimedia format, then pull on their Creature Power vests and gloves to show off the amazing abilities of animals. The performance will be at the Orpheum Theater in Slosburg Hall.

Thursday, May 12, 2016, 7:30 p.m. - Engelbert Humperdinck
Engelbert Humperdinck has sold more than 150 million records, topping the charts with ballads like "Release Me," "Spanish Eyes" and "After the Lovin'." The charismatic entertainer will perform music spanning his career, which has included Grammy nominations, a Golden Globe Award, many gold and platinum albums, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The performance will be at the Holland Performing Arts Center in Kiewit Hall.
