THE FALL TO EARTH Drops Into NYC at 59E59 Theaters

59E59 Theaters (Elysabeth Kleinhans, Artistic Director; Peter Tear, Executive Producer) will welcome InProximity Theatre Company with the New York City premiere of THE FALL TO EARTH, written by Joel Drake Johnson and directed by Joe Brancato. THE FALL TO EARTH begins performances on Friday, January 13 for a limited engagement through Sunday, February 5. Press opening is Wednesday, January 18 at 7:15 PM. The performance schedule is Tuesday – Thursday at 7:15 PM; Friday at 8:15 PM; Saturday at 2:15 PM and 8:15 PM; and Sunday at 3:15 PM. Performances are at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street, between Park and Madison Avenues).

Joel Drake Johnson (playwright) is a Chicago playwright and teacher who got his start as a writer at Chicago's critically acclaimed Econo-Art Theater which (under the leadership of Lynn Baber, Barb Reeder and Marc Silvia) produced five of his plays. THE FALL TO EARTH was originally produced at Steppenwolf Theatre.
