The Mayor's Office has ordered the closure and lockdown of all parks tomorrow (Wednesday) at 12:00 noon because of the approaching storm. Snug Harbor will close completely at noon and remain closed until Thursday at noon (unless the site suffers additional damage from the storm). Because of concerns of additional tree dangers, flooding, and possible loss of electricity, we are heeding the Mayor's directive and shutting down.

Due to this mandate Harbor Lights Theater Company has moved the opening of their lavish production of THE KING AND I until FRIDAY November 9th.

For those who had already purchased tickets to performances for the weekend of November 2nd through November 4th, or November 8th they may exchange their tickets to any of the remaining performances (see info below).

If there is anyone hard hit by the storm who cannot afford a ticket and would like to attend, please contact info@theharborlightstheatercompany.org, a limited number of seats will go to storm victims.

THE KING AND I plays The Music Hall at Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Gardens, 1000 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, New York on November 9th at 8pm, 10th at 2pm and 8pm, 11th at 2pm, 15th at 8pm, 16th at 8pm, 17th at 2pm and 8pm and 18th at 2pm.

Tickets are $30, $25 (Students and Seniors). Call 866-811-4111 or buy online HERE. To exchange tickets, email: info@theharborlightstheatercompany.org or call 866-811-4111. You may also donate your tickets if you are unable to come so someone affected by this tragedy can attend a performance.
