Ivy Theatre Company and Funny... Sheesh Productions are partnering to promote artistic union and collaboration within the New York City independent theatre scene.

Audrey Alford and Amber Gallery are directing two fantastic plays, and their companies are coming together to share a space, designers, and even their fundraiser! You are invited to celebrate their collaboration with a night of music, comedy, art, raffle prizes, drinks, and more!

Ivy Theatre, with its three female founding members, is producing Micheline Auger's The Feminism of a Soft Merlot or (How the Donkey Got Punched). The play asks what is sexual empowerment and intimacy in the age of online porn, dating and pop culture.

Funny...Sheesh Productions is producing Doubles Crossed: The Ballad of Rodrigo by Jason S. Grossman. This neo-noir play breaks the mold with its modern femme fatale. Join us all to raise money, and more importantly, have a great time celebrating this exciting collaboration! Tickets are available at the door.

It all takes place tonight, April 26, 2014 at 7:30 PM at 150 W 30th ST, 14th Floor, New York, NY, 10001, US. Tickets: $15.00. Email: ivytheatre@gmail.com or online at http://ivytheatre.com/ and http://funnysheesh.tripod.com/id58.html.
