The Blood Brothers will present "BEDLAM NIGHTMARES Part Three: Losing Patients", an anthology of short horror plays written by Nat Cassidy, Mariah MacCarthy & Mac Rogers and directed by Pete Boisvert & Patrick Shearer.

Deep in the vaults of an institution for the criminally insane, The Blood Brothers await their final hours on Earth. In the custody of a physician as sinister as they are, the two brothers fill their last days feeding on the surreal stories of their fellow inmates. A wedge driven between them by the cunning Doctor Queen, The Brothers wrestle with life in Hospital One.

The Blood Brothers Present . . . Bedlam Nightmares is a bi-monthly late night series at The Brick Theater in Brooklyn. Each installment features new horror stories hosted by the eponymous Blood Brothers. The third installment in this series is Losing Patients, and features short plays written by Nat Cassidy (Old Familiar Faces, I Am Providence), Mariah MacCarthy (Mrs. Mayfield's Fifth-Grade Class of '93 20-Year Reunion, The All-American Genderf*ck Cabaret) and Mac Rogers (Frankenstein Upstairs, The Honeycomb Trilogy), that explore the deepest recesses of a human monster's mind.

About The Blood Brothers: Since 2006, Pete Boisvert, Stephanie Cox-Williams and Patrick Shearer have produced the Blood Brothers anthology series (originally as a part of Nosedive Productions), which showcases original horror stories LIVE, onstage showcasing a roster of some of indie theatre's most celebrated and beloved authors and artists. Following in the tradition of the original Grand Guignol Theatre, the Blood Brothers reveal a sinister institution dedicated to plumbing the depths of the human psyche where the twisted stories are ripped from the headlines and the most horrific monsters are the people you meet every day.
