Tim Realbuto's critically acclaimed two person drama YES will return to Off-Broadway's Manhattan Repertory Theatre by popular demand after a sold-out run last December. The encore performances will take place on Monday, June 26th and Tuesday, June 27th at the midtown venue. Both performance times are at 6:30 PM.

The drama tells the story of aging actor Patrick Nolan (Realbuto) and the relationship he develops with an attractive young student (Joe Blute). The terrifying and surprisingly funny one-act play takes place over the course of two acting lessons in which a sick game of cat and mouse ensues.

YES premiered two years ago in NYC at The Emerging Artists Theatre. It has since played runs at The Hudson Theatre Guild and the Detroit Fringe Festival, garnering rave reviews along the way. Realbuto (Ghostlight; The Emperor's Club) and Blute (The Maestro; A History of Servitude) originated the starring roles of Patrick and Jeremiah. Peter Evangelista (So You Wanna Be Cool; One More) will direct the Manhattan Repertory Production. Fight direction will be provided by Adele Rylands. Paul Mitchell Wilder will serve as the Production Stage Manager. Two time Drama Desk Award Nominee Christina Bianco, known world wide for her celebrity impressions, provides the voice of the motivational speaker.

Tickets, priced at $20, are available by visiting www.manhattanrep.com/yes-by-tim-realbuto. Manhattan Rep. is located at 17-19 West 45th Street (#301) in NYC. Industry members or investors looking for complimentary tickets should e-mail Josh.RealbutoAssistant@gmail.com to make arrangements.

This is the last stage production New York City will see of YES for a while as the film version of the play goes into production in early September of this year. Realbuto has teamed up with Blute to adapt his play for the screen, which will include several added characters and locations. Name talent from Broadway and film are currently in final negotiations to star opposite Realbuto and Blute, who will reprise their roles from the stage version. Evangelista, a staff member of The Acting Studio whose numerous film credits include Bully, So You Wanna Be Cool, One More, Kill It, and Star Crossed Lovers, will co-direct the film alongside Blute.

The movie will be shot in and around New York City and will be the first feature length film produced by FIGHTING TEACUPS MEDIA, LLC.
