Urinetown, the Tony Award winning musical written by Greg Kotis and Mark Hollmann, will return to the American Theatre of Actors this fall, produced by Fracture Theatre Co. Giving new life to a cult classic, this production will take a look at parallels between the oppression in Urinetown and modern social justice issues such as Occupy Wall Street and Black Lives Matter. Urinetown is scheduled for a limited run October 16th - 24th.

Our company, Fracture Theatre Co, is based in NYC and made up of three Syracuse University alumni: Seth Landau, Tim Simon, and Ethan Butler. We are passionate about reviving a story of an oppressed people fighting for liberation in a time when that fight is right in front of us. Great theatre is made when minds are opened, boundaries are pushed, and lessons are learned. We believe that this show and our vision can do just that. Now is the perfect time to bring the message of Urinetown back to NYC.
