The Who & The What by Ayad Akhtar will be directed by Kimberly Senior and begins tonight, May 31st as part of Lincoln Center Theater's LCT3 program. The production stars Tala Ashe, Greg Keller, Nadine Malouf and Bernard White.

The Who & The What tells the story of Zarina (Nadine Malouf), a brilliant and outspoken Pakistani-American writer, who goes to great lengths to please her family, even dating a convert to Islam (Greg Keller) to please her traditional father (Bernard White). But when her father and sister (Tala Ashe) read the manuscript of Zarina's novel about women and Islam, a confrontation ensues which threatens to tear their family apart for good.

Previews begin tonight, May 31, with an opening slated for Monday, June 16 at 7pm at the Claire Tow Theater, 150 West 65 Street. Shows run Monday and Wednesday through Sunday evenings at 7pm, with matinees Saturday and Sunday at 2pm.
