CANCELLATION LINE

New York Theatre Workshop has instituted a cancellation line for all performances of OTHELLO, beginning two hours prior to curtain. Cancellation tickets are full price ($125), subject to availability, and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be advised that the cancellation line is outside the theatre.

LOTTERY

NYTW partnered with TodayTix, the theater ticket app, to offer a CheapTix mobile lottery for the first two CheapTix performances on November 22 and 23, and performances of OTHELLO from November 25, 2016 to January 18, 2017. All lottery entries are collected through the TodayTix app.

For the first two performances on November 22 and 23, entries were accepted Saturday, September 24 - Friday, September 30, when winners were drawn and offered the opportunity to purchase 1 or 2 $25 tickets.

For performances from November 25 to January 18, the entry period begins each performance day at 12:01 AM, and continues until winners are notified via push notification 3-4 hours before the selected performance begins. Winners are offered the opportunity to purchase 1 or 2 $25 tickets, and can pick up their tickets at the NYTW box office beginning one hour prior to curtain. Lottery tickets and seat locations are subject to availability and are non-transferable. The winner must present a photo ID matching the entry name in order to pick up their tickets.
