Fletcher & Lambert Star In OceanPeak's DYING CITY At TBG Theatre 5/1-5/9

Tony Nominee Lewis J. Stadlen will direct Emily Fletcher (Broadway's Chicago, "Gossip Girl") and Denis Lambert (Broadway's A Chorus Line, Finian's Rainbow at Encores!) in the OceanPeak Productions presentation of Dying City, scheduled to play the TBG Theatre at 312 West 36th Street (at 8th Avenue) from Friday, May 1 through Saturday, May 9. Dying City tells the story of Kelly, a young therapist, who one year after her husband's mysterious death in Iraq finds herself with a most unwelcome visitor, her husband's identical twin brother. Dying City was written by Christopher Shinn and nominated in 2007 for a Pulitzer Prize. The show was last produced at Lincoln Center.

Emily Fletcher (Kelly) recently appeared on "Gossip Girl". She originated the role of Sheila in the first National Tour of A Chorus Line. Her Broadway credits include Chicago (Hunyak), 42nd Street (Anytime Annie cover), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (Baroness understudy), A Chorus Line (Vicki). Emily also understudied the role of Ulla in the first National Tour of The Producers.

Denis Lambert (Craig/Peter) most recently appeared in Finian's Rainbow at City Center Encores! He made his Broadway debut in A Chorus Line and appeared off-Broadway in Zorba at The York Theatre. National Tours include A Chorus Line and The Producers. Regional credits include the Kennedy Center and Paper Mill Playhouse.

Lewis J. Stadlen (Director) is a two time Tony Award nominee. He is best known for his performance of Max Bialystock on Broadway and in the National Tour of The Producers. Lewis originated roles in three of Neil Simon's plays: Laughter on the 23rd Floor, The Odd Couple (female
version), and 45 Seconds from Broadway. Mr. Stadlen received Tony nominations for his work in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Candide. His directing credits include the National Tour of Laughter on the 23rd Floor, The Crucible, The Philistines, The Butter and the Eggman, Seagull the Musical, Enter Laughing and The Pushcart Peddler.

Benjamin Weaver serves as the Assistant Director. Design for the production is by Rohit Kapoor (set), Brian Barnett (lights) and Andrea Roberts (costumes).

OceanPeak Productions was founded by Emily Fletcher and Denis Lambert and is committed to producing contemporary works that examine the pressing issues of our time.
