TheatreLAB has announced that they are now able to accept tax-deductible donations for both general operations, and the development of their new dedicated theatre space, The Basement. Due to unforeseeable delays in the processing of TheatreLAB's 501(c)3 application, they have secured the assistance of a fiscal sponsor, Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization, to begin their fundraising efforts. Contributions for the charitable purposes of TheatreLAB must be made payable to "Fractured Atlas" and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Tax-deductible donations can now be accepted by credit card online [https://www.fracturedatlas.org/site/fiscal/profile?id=10329] or by check. Checks should be sent to TheatreLAB, Inc., 205 N. Plum Street #11, Richmond, VA 23220, and should be made payable to Fractured Atlas, with "TheatreLAB" in the memo line.

At the beginning of May, TheatreLAB will officially launch their crowd-funded capital campaign to fund the renovation of their new space. 'The Basement,' TheatreLAB's new and permanent home, is a basement space located at 300 East Broad Street, in the prestigious Arts District of Downtown Richmond. They will kick off their 2014-15 season in The Basement with John Cameron Mitchell's cult classic, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, in late October. The entirety of their season will be announced during Salome: A Wilde Experiment on May 16th at SPARC. Details for this exciting event will be available soon.

All monetary and in-kind donation inquiries may be forward to Managing Director, Annie Colpitts at colpitts.annie@gmail.com. Again, all donations will be tax-deductible through TheatreLAB's fiscal sponsorship with Fractured Atlas.
