Barter Players to Present FROSTY at The Paramount, 11/29-30

The Paramount Center for the Arts and The Barter Players are teaming up to bring performances of "Frosty" to Bristol before the acting company embarks on a national tour.

Performances will be held on November 29 and 30 at 2pm at The Paramount in Bristol, TN. A special charity food drive will be held at 7:00pm on Saturday, November 29. Attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods to trade for admission to see "Frosty." All proceeds will benefit Second Harvest Food Bank. Officials will begin accepting canned goods in exchange for ticket cost at 5:30 pm. Reserve tickets by calling The Paramount at (423) 274-8920 or by visiting theparamountcenter.com. Reservations cannot be accepted for those bringing canned goods for the November 29 performance at 7:00pm.

The beloved holiday song "Frosty the Snowman" has inspired a brand new story by Catherine Bush that includes original music by Mandy Williams and produced by The Barter Players, from Barter Theatre in Abingdon, VA.

The performance of "Frosty" at The Paramount is sponsored by Birthplace of Country Music, Bristol Virginia Utilities and Bristol Tennessee Essential Services.
