THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST is starting its second terrific week Thursday the 12th thru Sunday the 15th and next week Thursday the 19th thru closing matinee on Sunday the 22nd. Tickets are on sale now, so get yours NOW! CLASSES AND CAMP
We are offering our toddlers music and movement classes on Mondays from 9-9:45 AM.
This is a drop in class for children 2-5 years old and their accompanying adult. Singing traditional songs, original songs, dancing and playing instruments are all part of the fun. If you need more info call 540-832-5355.

Four County Players Proudly Presents: Four County Kids Summer Camp 2011
Don't miss this opportunity to learn all about theater arts! Camp runs one full week and includes character development, scene work, storytelling, dance, stage movement and combat, improvisation, and technical - behind the scenes aspect of the stage! There will be a Showcase on Friday evening at 7:00 PM for parents and friends to enjoy! Space is limited, so register today!

Summer Camp Paid Internships
Are you too old for camp, but still interested in helping? Paid Assistant Internships are available for entering 10th grade students to entering 12th grade students. Please contact the theater manager for the application packet and additional information.

AUDITIONS
Robin Hood: The Musical
Auditions to be held at the theater:
Saturday May 21, 2-4pm
Monday May 23, 7-9pm
Callbacks Wednesday May 25, TBA
Performance dates: July 29 - August 14, 2011 (Main Stage)
All parts ages 13 and up, in addition 1 child to play 8 - 11 years old.
Please arrive 15-30 minutes before to fill out paper work.
Have a verse and chorus prepared to sing (32 bars) and be prepared to read (scripts will be provided).
Parts Available:
ROBIN HOOD: a rogue and a thief, clever and charismatic, and the finest archer in all of England
LITTLE JOHN: Robin's loyal friend, kind of heart and powerful of fist; contrary to his name, he is a large man
CONSTABLE: the sheriff's dim-witted and bumbling right-hand man who hates thieves
HEATHCLIFF: Ingrid's son (age 8-11), inquisitive and erudite and a champion of justice
INGRID: Heathcliff's mother and Little John's love interest; feisty and outspoken with a warm heart
WILL SCARLET: (Merry Man) practical and cautious, a man of honor and a leader of the townspeople (in legend, the most fashionable of all the merry men)
MUCH: (Merry Man) lazy and gluttonous, a simple man with simple desires
STUTELY: (Merry Man) See Much. Much and Stutely form a pair of similar characters (think Rozencrantz and Guildenstern)THE SHERIFF OF NOTTINGHAM: vain, clever, ambitious, and greedy, he wants nothing more than to leave Nottingham and go to London
PRINCE JOHN: King Richard's devious brother, he plots to usurp the throne
ALAN A DALE: (Merry Man) a minstrel who sings of Robin's deeds
SIR PERCIVAL: An old and grumpy night, the royal escort
ROSLYN: Marian's young, spunky, boy-crazed lady-in-waiting
LADY MARIAN: King Richard's ward; sensible, clever and passionate; the object of Robin's affections
FRIAR TUCK: a wise, jovial friar who can execute himself with equal poise in a fight or in a barroom
BISHOP: a drunkard who nearly crowns Prince John king
KING RICHARD: The rightful king of England, just and compassionate, who has been imprisoned by King Leopold of Austria and is being held for ransom
ENSEMBLE: guards, townspeople, merry men, wealthy travelers, etc

PARTY
SAVE THE DATE: The annual Four County Players Volunteer Party will be held Saturday June 11, 2011 at 7:00 pm
