Things My Mother Taught Me

The Play A young couple. A new apartment. A missing moving van. Four parents (surprise!). This is the recipe for a hilarious and heartfelt story about a couple taking the plunge and their parents learning to let them.

Olivia late 20's, full of energy

Karen her mother, impeccably dressed
Carter her father, always holding an iPhone
Gabe late 20's, eager and a little naive
Lydia his mother, a retired psychologist
Wyatt his father, good-natured
Max late 50's, building Super

The Audition
As usual, the auditions for Things My Mother Taught Me will be held at ACT. You'll be asked to do a cold read as your audition. You'll be given a section of the script and asked to read it aloud with the other people at the audition. You don't need to prepare anything in advance, but you are welcome to bring a headshot and resume with you.
