StageLight Entertainment casts Bert V. Royal’s DOG SEES GOD on Wednesday, August 27 from 6-8pm at the BACCA Arts Center, 149 N Wellwood Ave in Lindenhurst. Performs October 10,11,17 and 18 at 8pm. Show is rated R for language, sexual situations, alcohol & drug use. Seeking a fantastic ensemble cast who can play ages between 25-40. All roles open.

Character descriptions:
CB – Everyman seeking complex answers after the death of his dog. Becomes romantically involved with Beethoven.
CB’s Sister – Struggling to find her identity. Consistently reinvents herself.
Van – Philosophical stoner. Attracted to CB’s Sister.
Matt – Sex crazed, homophobic jock without a filter. Think Stifler from “American Pie.” Picked on for being dirty as a child, he grew up into a germophobe.
Beethoven – Homosexual living in fear of Matt. Ability to play piano is a plus.
Tricia & Marcy – Alcoholic party chicks. Best friends. The Plastics from “Mean Girls.”
Van’s Sister – Institutionalized pyromaniac. Cameo role requires great comic timing.
