In conjunction with its recently announced 10th Anniversary Season, The NOLA Project is excited to debut a brand new membership program for dedicated fans and supporters: The Backstage Pass.

"We are a model theatre company for the 21st Century" says Artistic Director A.J. Allegra. "We are lithe and mobile. Our model of production does not tie us to a single location, but rather allows us the ability to perform all over our wonderful and colorful city. As such, the old- fashioned theatre subscription model, which tied patrons to specific seats on specific nights in the same venue show after show, is simply an outdated model for us. We want fans and followers of The NOLA Project to both feel like part of our extended family and spend their free time with a greater degree of flexibility. The Backstage Pass, we feel, accomplishes both of those things."

"We plan for this program to grow organically over the course of the coming season," says NOLA Project Marketing Director, Richard Alexander Pomes. "For example, we may come up with interactive experiences for Backstage Pass holders that are unique to a specific production."

With a wide range of affordability to fit our diverse audience base (ranging from $40 for a solo pass all the way up to $1000 for those who desire the ultimate NOLA Project access and experience), the Backstage Pass will offer patrons an insider advantage with benefits including the chance to buy tickets to performances before public sale, discounted ticket rates, advanced notice of the season calendar, member parties/events, and more. "It is a way to upgrade your theatre experience with us, and a means for The NOLA Project to provide its devoted patrons with an experience that extends beyond their two hours with us at the performance" says Allegra.

The Backstage Pass is now on sale online at The NOLA Project's website, www.nolaproject.com.
