JPAS to Present DR SEUSS DOUBLE FEATURE, Begin. 9/13

The Jefferson Performing Arts Society will be presenting the Dr. Suess classics, Mr Brown Can Moo! Can you? & The Cat in the Hat, September 13th & 20th in Metairie, and September 27th in Covington.

"Uncle" Wayne Daigrepont will be presenting a special live storytelling, with puppets, of Dr. Seuss's Mr Brown Can Moo! Can You? For 20 years, Porta-Puppet Players has delighted audiences with original and innovative puppets and a wide range of specialty acts.

From the moment his tall, red-and-white-striped hat appears around the door, Sally and her brother know that The Cat in the Hat is the funniest, most mischievous cat they have ever met. With the trickiest of tricks and craziest of ideas, he is certainly fun to play with. He turns a rainy afternoon into an amazing adventure.

On the performance of the 13th, we invite the audience to bring their favorite plush toy to meet the puppet characters from Mr Brown Can Moo! Can You?

Then for the performance on the 20th, we will have a special photo opportunity and Meet & Greet with the cast of The Cat in the Hat. Public Performances will be held:September 13th & 20th at East Jefferson Auditorium! 400 Phlox Ave. Metairie, LA
