The world premiere production of AMERICAN STARES by Tony Glazer, a dark comedy that exploring the emotions, intentions and actions of South Florida's disenfranchised lower class citizens, will play June 14 through July 22 at New Jersey Repertory Company located at 179 Broadway in Long Branch. Evan Bergman directs. Check out the production photographs below, which feature Summer Crockett MooreBecca BallengerTrey Gibbons, LeeAnne Hutchison, Shane Patrick Kearns and Brad Holbrook.

American Stare is a ferocious new comedy set in a South Florida trailer park where corporate greed meets its match in a community that will go to any lengths to protect its own.

Following the spiraling lives of a widowed woman and her dog, a disabled accused child-predator, and a couple and their teenage daughter, we are challenged to see the world through their eyes – a world led by a broken moral compass, tainted with pervasiveness of special interests.

Tickets can be ordered by calling the theater at 732-229-3166 or by visiting www.njrep.org.
