Paper Mill Sets Fall Children's Theater

Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Producing Artistic Director, Todd Schmidt-Managing Director) is proud to announce its children's show programming for Fall 2015. Paper Mill's Children's Shows are charming, delightful and educational performances filled with audience participation and adventure.

"What better way to spend a weekend morning than introducing your child to the live theater experience with characters and stories they love?" said Mark S. Hoebee, Producing Artistic Director at Paper Mill Playhouse.

Children's Shows take place on select Saturdays or Sundays at 10:00am. All tickets are only $12.75 for any seat in the house. Tickets may be purchased by calling 973-376-4343, or at the Paper Mill Box Office on Brookside Drive in Millburn, or online at www.papermill.org. Paper Mill Playhouse also offers gift cards available in any denomination. Gift cards can be purchased at the Paper Mill Playhouse Box Office and are good for any show or items at the gift shop. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted.

The 2015 fall season of Children's Shows is listed below. It will include a production of Curious George designed specifically for children on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities. The autism-friendly performance is planned in cooperation with the Paper Mill Autism Advisory Team. The theater environment will be altered for this performance, providing a sensory-friendly, comfortable and judgment-free space that is welcoming for all families. Additionally, Paper Mill Playhouse will host a free open house titled "Meet Your Seat" as an opportunity for children who are new to theater experiences to visit the theater space before the show. The beloved song "Frosty the Snowman" has inspired a brand new story of a young orphan named Billy who discovers magic in a stolen hat. When he places the hat on a snowman's head, the snowman comes to life! Join Billy and Frosty as they embark on a New York City adventure filled with thrills and chills, and the discovery that the real magic of the holidays is love.
