Fair Lawn Recreation Department's resident theatre company Old Library Theatre (OLT) presents Spring Awakening, a new musical with book and lyrics by Steven Sater and music by Duncan Sheik. Under the direction of Craig M. Tiede, Spring Awakening will be performed at the Fair Lawn Recreation Center October 28-30 and November 4, 6, 11-13, with shows at 8pm on Friday and Saturday and 2pm on Sunday. Tickets can be purchased online at www.oldlibrarytheatre.net, by calling 201-797-3553 or at the theatre box office, located at 10-10 20th Street in Fair Lawn, prior to show times.

Spring Awakening explores the inner yearnings, and very real growing pains, of a group of teenagers in a provincial 19th century German town. Spring Awakening received eleven 2007 Tony Award nominations, winning eight, including Tonys for best musical, direction, book, score and
featured actor. The show also won four Drama Desk Awards, while its London production won four Olivier Awards. Spring Awakening is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI.

The show contains brief nudity, mature themes and language which may not be suitable for all audiences. Parental discretion is strongly advised.

Spring Awakening is directed and co-produced by Craig M. Tiede, with Musical Direction by Charles Santoro, Choreography by Michal Efron, Costumes by Dan Schulz and Properties by Susan Forte. It is co-produced by Tom Lawrence, with Executive Producer Peg Peet.

Spring Awakening stars Emma Love, Timothy Meola, David Maglione and Julia Knitel and features BrenDan Joel Bartlett, Trevor Braun, Corey Chichizola, Brittany Crowell, D'Angelique Dopson, Mollie Gash, Lena Grotticelli, Jolie Lauren, Christopher J. Perez, Bob Russell, Nicole Sartor and Chris Traina.

TICKET AND SCHEDULE INFORMATION

• All performances take place at The Fair Lawn Recreation Center at 10-10 20th Street in Fair Lawn, NJ. Performance times are Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, and Sundays at 2pm.

• Tickets for Spring Awakening are $20 for general admission and $18 for seniors and students, and can be purchased by calling 201-797-3553.
• Those interested in Group Sales of 10 or more tickets can call 201-797-3553. Tickets for groups of ten or more are $15.
• The theatre is accessible by public transit.
