On Monday, March 4 from 7:00p.m.-8:30p.m. the award-winning Equity professional East Lynne Theater Company is hosting a free jugging class with James Rana. In August, a variety of people attended his workshop, ages 8 to 80, and because everyone had such a great time, ELTC is pleased to have him back.

Last year, James' adaptation of "The Poe Mysteries" premiered at ELTC, and currently he is adapting "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" for another ELTC world premiere this summer. He's worked for the Big Apple Circus and performed with numerous theaters in NYC, throughout the country, and in Europe, including The Royal Shakespeare Festival. The class will be held at The First Presbyterian Church where ELTC is in residence, and is for anyone ages 8 on up, with or without juggling experience.

Earlier in the same day, he's teaching juggling to middle school students in Wildwood School District's After-School program. Since its inception in October, ELTC's artists-in-residence have been working in Wildwood, and the first student performance open to the public, is on Thursday, March 21 at 6:00 at the Wildwood High School.

Although free, reservations are appreciated and may be made by contacting ELTC at 609-884-5898 or by e-mail ateastlynneco@aol.com.

Funding for the free evening class is through New Jersey Theatre Alliance's "Stages Festival." For more information about this innovative company, visit www.njtheatrealliance.org. ELTC and other Equity professional theaters throughout the Garden State not only have workshops and productions at their own venues, but are performing at a variety of locations.
