The University of Montana is pleased to present Cyrano de Bergerac, the thrilling and poetic fictionalized adventures of a French dramatist and duelist, by Edmond Rostand; adapted by Ranjit Bolt. Cyrano de Bergerac runs in the Montana Theatre of the Performing Arts and Radio/Television Center on campus October 7-11 and 14-18 at 7:30 pm.

Brimming with swooning romance, pulse-quickening excitement, and uproarious verse, Cyrano de Bergerac is the beloved heroic comedy about selflessness, bravery, love, and one inimitable nose. The larger-than-life title character succeeds in every quest on which he embarks ... except the one for the hand of his adored Roxane. Set against the iconic backdrop of 17th-century Paris, this fresh, swashbuckling adaptation promises to be earthy, rowdy, and overflowing with heart and panache.

Call the UMArts Box Office at 406-243-4581, Monday-Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, or order tickets online at www.umt.edu/theatredance. Tickets: $20 General; $16 Seniors (60+)/Students (any school ID required); $10 Children 12 & under.
