Theatre in the Round Players (TRP) will conclude its 60th Anniversary Season as the longest-running theatre in Minneapolis with Alan Ayckbourn's comedy Round and Round the Garden in weekend performances July 6-29.

Annie is tired of waiting for her dim-witted veterinarian neighbor to sweep her off her feet. So she finds herself waiting in her garden to go off on a secret weekend with Norman, who's an assistant librarian, an incredibly self-absorbed cad -- and her brother-in-law. And that's when members of the family show up. This final play in the acclaimed Norman Conquests trilogy of comedies showcases the cleverly-woven scenes, crackling dialogue, and dark humor of Britain's top comic playwright.

John Gaspard directs a cast featuring John Adler, Muriel J. Bonertz, Amy Shomshak, Kelli Gorr, H. William Kirsch, and Rick Lamers, with sets designed by Chad Van Kekerix, costumes by Rebecca Ballas, and lighting by Daniel Ellis.

An audience discussion with members of the company will follow the matinee performance on Sunday, July 22nd.

Tickets are $22. For information, call the theatre's box office at 612-333-3010 or visit its website at www.TheatreintheRound.org.
