Hennepin Theatre Trust Offers Discounts for BYE BYE LIVER and Glamorama

BYE BYE LIVER, the Twin Cities' Drinking Play, a high octane comedy adventure centered around one of the Twin Cities' favorite past times - drinking. With outrageous sketch comedies mixing drinks, interactive drinking games and male versus female inebriation, Bye Bye Liver is a play premised on the simple joys and complex consequences that indulging in a drink or two or three can bring.

Patrons must be 21 years of age and over to attend. Tickets are $19.50 and patrons can save $5 per ticket using the password DRINK. There is a limit of 8 tickets per order. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com and all Ticketmaster outlets, in person at the State Theatre Box Office (no service fees), or by calling 800.982.2787. The Orpheum Theatre will host Macy's Passport Presents Glamorama 2010 featuring Macy Gray and Eric Hutchinson on Friday, August 6, at 8PM.

Be inspired to dream big and explore fashion through the music of Macy Gray & Eric Hutchinson, special effects and innovative technology. This year's show is a compilation of fashion, fantasy, music and magic in a runway fashion production transporting guests from their seats into a whimsical wonderland filled with desire and delight. The annual event benefits Children's Cancer Research Fund®. Topping the list of designers this year: Jean Paul Gaultier, Just Cavalli, Marc Jacobs, Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti, Sonia Rykiel, SportMax and Versace for men.

Tickets are $60-$750. $30 Student rush tickets will be available 1 hour before showtime for $30, and are cash only. Students may purchase up to 2 tickets per valid ID. Tickets will be located in the $60 seating area and are for the show only.
