Milwaukee Repertory Theater has announced the dynamic directors and creative teams selected for the 2013/14 Season, The Rep's 60th Anniversary. These talented directors and creative teams will help The Rep continue in its commitment to offer brave, challenging, entertaining, stimulating, thought-provoking and vital works with a distinctive aesthetic.

Directors for the 60th Anniversary Season will be:

Mark Clements, Ragtime, End of the Rainbow and The History of Invulnerability (Artistic Director, Milwaukee Repertory Theater); JC Clementz, Forever Plaid (Artistic Associate, Milwaukee Repertory Theater); Nick Corley, Woody Sez: The Life & Music of Woody Guthrie (former Artistic Director of Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma and co-devisor of Woody Sez: The Life & Music of Woody Guthrie); Brent Hazelton, (Associate Artistic Director, Milwaukee Repertory Theater); Laura Gordon, Venus in Fur (Director at Utah Shakespeare Festival for this summer's production of Love's Labour's Lost); John Langs, An Illiad (Associate Artistic Director, ACT Theatre, Seattle); Todd Olson, I Left My Heart (Producing Artistic Director, American Stage Theatre Company); Aaron Posner, A Christmas Carol (Artistic Associate at Folger Theatre and founder and former Artistic Director of Philadelphia's Arden Theatre) and KJ Sanchez, Noises Off (Founder/CEO of American Records).

The Creative Team for the 60th Anniversary Season includes many Milwaukee Rep Associate Artists:

Laura Gordon, Venus in Fur (Director); Todd Edward Ivins, Ragtime (Scenic Designer); Dan Kazemi, Ragtime and Forever Plaid (Music Director) andAin't Misbehavin' (Director and Music Director);

Jeff Nellis, Ragtime (Lighting Designer); Aaron Posner, A Christmas Carol (Director) and John Tanner, Ragtime, Forever Plaid and End of the Rainbow(Sound Designer).

Of special note: Stephen Mear, Ragtime (Choreographer) will be joining The Rep for the first time from England. A Tony nominated and double Olivier Award winner, Mear will be choreographing The Metropolitan Opera's production of Die Fledermaus this January/February 2014.
