Bay Street Players in Eustis, FL presents "Visiting Mr. Green" by Jeff Baron as the final production in its Second Stage 2010 - 2011 series, The Bay Street Project.

This Bay Street Players production will feature the on - stage reunion of Terrence Shank and Joel Warren. Terrence Shank was the Artistic Director at Mount Dora's IceHouse Theatre in 1996 when the Joel Warren, then 13 years old, first performed on that stage. Throughout Mr. Warren's education, Mr. Shank was his mentor, director and friend. Now a resident of South Africa, Mr. Shank will be returning to Lake County to appear on stage with his protégée.

This revered two-man show tells a story of acceptance that touches all who experience it. A young man's reckless driving leads to nearly hitting a pedestrian and a sentence of weekly visits with his elderly victim. The series of visits portrayed between the two is theatre at its very best. Since the first production, featuring Eli Wallach, opened in 1996 this play has been translated into 23 languages and had over 300 separate productions. Several of these productions have been performed for a year or more.

All shows are at the Bay Street Players' Historic State Theatre, 109 North Bay, Eustis, FL. Performances are May, 26, 27, 28 at 7:30 pm and May 29 at 2:00 pm. Ticket prices are $10 adults and $5 children. For reservations call: 352-357-7777 or online www.baystreetplayers.org
